Communication Strategy Development
This is a consulting service providing you with a complete plan of communication activities to make your interaction with target audiences effective and ensure you achieve your business goals. We believe communications should be comprehensive and plan them accordingly, using the media, as well as other channels, such roundtables, hotlines, etc., depending on your needs.
How communication strategy is developed?
We use analytics to help clients make their strategy more effective as follows:
- develop a strategy from scratch or adjust the existing one using SWOT analysis to identify unoccupied niches and help distinguish your company and/or brand from the competition; the insights gathered as part of this analysis form a basis for the big idea and further positioning;
- develop key messages – concise phrases that explain target audiences what your company and/or brand is about, what its values, benefits and principles are, etc. – which are presented in a sort of micro-presentation;
- identify target audiences, including consumers, employees, shareholders, media, government and other stakeholders with whom your company communicates; accurately identifying the groups you need to interact with helps reduce costs;
- analyze the competition’s PR efforts, including their methods and channels they use to spread their messages, adopt successful practices and adapt them to your needs;
- map out risks and develop a crisis plan to keep the media situation under control and handle negative press effectively - when you know what to expect, you don’t waste time and money on something that can’t really hurt you, but focus on important things;
- plan activities, including scheduling events for a campaign to reach target audiences through the selected channels.
Our Advantages
All the above is structured in a ready-to-use positioning concept presented to you along with some practical recommendations. We strongly believe that if the client participates in developing a strategy for them, its outcome will be that much better.
